The room was a King suite with two connected rooms, perfect for families with kids. The location is central and convenient for sightseeing and dining. The breakfast had a rich choice of continental options, including an omelet station. Parking on site was very convenient without needing a reservation.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Berlin. I enjoyed every detail here, including location and staff, that were great. The room was cosy with comfortable beds. The restaurant was really nice and offered excellent dishes.

Recommend for everyone. All the facilities are clean, fairly clean hotel, its location is unbeatable very close to buses.

The location of Crowne Plaza was superb, right in the heart of the city with plenty of shops and facilities nearby. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the gym and pool in the basement were a great bonus. The staff at the front desk and concierge desk were friendly and helpful.

I found that the bathroom was a bit small, and there was some noise from the slamming of doors early in the morning. the fact that water was not complimentary in the rooms was a bit disappointing.
